  1. Clean raw mango in water.
  2. Roast it on flame at medium heat until it is cooked properly. Flip it time to time so that it gets cooked from all sides. (alternatively you can boil it in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistle). Once its done, keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.
  3. After that, peel it and remove the pulp and keep it aside.
  4. Grind the roasted raw mango pulp along with coriander leaves, mint leaves, ice cubes, little water and honey or sugar. You can adjust sweetness as per your taste. Grind it to make a smooth puree. Add jaljeera powder, black salt and salt to taste and mix.
  5. Throw some ice cubes in to serving glasses, pour aam jaljeera drink in to it.
  6. Serve it chill.
  7. Enjoy during summer.
