  1. Keep all ingredients ready for chaat. Take 1/3 cup water in a glass and make a pani poori pani by adding green chutney, pani poori masala and black salt. Mix it and keep it aside. Soak garbanzo beans overnight and boil it with some salt and keep it aside.
  2. Banana oats tikki for chaat.
  3. Prepare the final chaat just before serving. To prepare the chaat, take a serving plate, place 2 tikkies in it. Pour some pani poori pani masala evenly on the tikki. Sprinkle some onions, garbanzo beans, break the papdi and sprinkle on tikki.
  4. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Pour some sweet curd, sweet chutney and green chutney on it. Sprinkle some tomato and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chili powder and black salt on it. At last, sprinkle some sev on chaat.
  5. Tangy chatpatta Banana oats chaat is ready to be served. Garnish with mint leaves and sprouts.
