  1. Ingredients for carrots & beetroot kanji. Clean & cut the carrots & beetroot.
  2. In a sauce pan, take 4 glasses of water, let it boil once it start boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Add the water in a glass jar, then add chopped carrots, beetroot, salt, black salt, mustard powder and chili in to it. Mix it well. Keep the glass jar in sunlight for 3-4 days and stir it daily with wooden spoon. Taste it a bit and it will get sour taste, that means it’s ready. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve chill. Enjoy this healthy drink any time till 1-2 weeks.
