Instructions
  1. Fresh Rosemary herb.
  2. Mix 1-1/4 cup lukewarm water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Cover it and keep in warm place for about 10 minutes until it's fermented.
  3. In large mixing bowl, add wheat flour, bread flour, salt, butter, oil and fine chopped rosemary. Mix it very well.
  4. Make a well in to center of the flour mix and add yeast water in to it.
  5. Mix with hand and make a soft dough. Add water if needed. Dough should be very soft.
  6. Take the dough on a wooden surface, sprinkle some dry wheat flour. Grease the palm with oil and knead it using palm for about 6-7 minutes until dough gets smooth and soft. Add little flour if the dough gets sticky to make it soft and smooth.
  7. Grease the bowl with oil which we used for kneading dough. Place the the dough into bowl, cover it and keep it in warm place for at least 1 hour.

  11. Sprinkle some rosemary leaves in to the dimples. Take minced garlic and oil into a bowl, mix it and grease on top of the dough. Sprinkle some sea salt on it.
  12. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Place the tray into hot oven on middle rack. Bake it for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Once done, take it out from the oven. Let it cool down. Cut the bread in pieces. Keep it covered to avoid dryness.
  14. Focaccia bread is ready to be served.
  15. Enjoy it warm with soup or side of an entree.
