Multi flavor Veg Momo

Momos are stuffed dumpling most popular in Nepal and Tibetan region. This steamed recipe is very delicious and healthy as does not need lot of oil in preparation. Generally it is made out of all purpose flour however in this recipe, I have tried using Rava in addition to all purpose flour. I have also tried two additional flavors spinach and beetroot. Enjoy the flavorful momos with Chili Garlic Sauce.

  4. Make three types of dough as per the ingredient list. Make sure the the dough is medium soft. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  5. Take small size dough and roll it using rolling pin, make a thin circular shape, cut it using cookie cutter then take one cut portion and roll it again to make thin poori. While rolling please ensure center is bit thicker than edges. Take a poori on palm, place some veg mixture in the center.
