Add all spices, coriander and cumin powder, chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, roasted cumin and red chili powder. Saute it for 3 minutes. Once it's done, turn off the heat.
  4. Add boiled and mashed potato, coriander leaves and 1/4 cup bread crumbs into it and mix very well. Add salt to your taste. Let the mixture cool down.

Recipe Notes

(1)..Leaving boiled potatoes in water for longer will result in potatoes absorbing high amount of moisture,  so make sure you remove the potatoes immediately after boiling, by rinsing pressure cooker in cold water to release the pressure quickly.

(2).. Don't drop the veggie balls in to oil if oil is not hot enough otherwise the balls will break.

I have query here on this recipe.Once you break the veg ball how to get the soft and stretchier consistency cheese in that not like the same shape what we put in the veg ball?

    1. Thank you so much Valli. You can use shredded mozzarela cheese instead and that should give you soft and stretchier consistency.
