Instructions
  1. Clean asparagus with water and trim the hard part of the stamps. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 30 sec. Keep it aside.
  2. Add all ingredients in a food processor jar and grind it to make a fine paste.
  3. Transfer the paste in a serving bowl. Asparagus hummus is ready to be served.
  4. Serve it with corn chips, whole wheat crackers or tortilla chips or veggies like baby carrot, broccoli as an appetizer.
