Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan at medium heat. Add rava or sooji and roast it till slightly golden color. Stir is continuously so that it does not get burnt.
  2. Once rava gets roasted, add sugar, kesar threads and milk into it.
  3. Stir it continuously at low to medium heat till rava grain gets cook nicely. Once it gets thick & semi dry consistency, turn off the heat. Add kewra essence and cardamon powder and mix nicely. Keep it covered.
  4. Rava halva is ready to be served. Garnish with almond, cashew nuts and pistachios.
  5. You can prepare it for prasad or just as dessert.
