Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Chop all the vegetables and onions, then keep it aside. You can choose your favorite vegetables instead of the listed ingredient.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Add cumin seeds, once it starts crackling, add garlic and saute till it gets a slightly golden color. Add onion and little salt and saute for 45 sec.
  3. Add all vegetables, black pepper, cumin powder and chili flakes and saute it by continuously stirring it.
  4. Saute it until vegetables gets slightly soft and dry. Once it is done turn off the heat.
  5. Transfer it in a bowl. Let it cool down.
  6. For spread, you need avocado hummus. For avocado hummus see my recipe.
  7. For roll, you need lavash roll-ups. This is available in costco or you can roll it using Indian flat bread..roti.
  8. Slightly heat the lavash flatbread on a pan. Place lavash roll on a wooden surface, spread some avocado hummus evenly on it. Place some baby spinach on it then grilled vegetables on top.
  9. Roll-up as a burrito. Cut in to about 2 inch pieces.
  10. Lavash avocado hummus rolls are ready.
  11. Enjoy it as an appetizer or lunch.
  12. Make it for your party appetizer.
