  1. Marinate the chicken with hung curd, turmeric powder, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, oil, pepper powder and little salt. Cover it and keep it in the fridge over night or for at least 6 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven at 350 degree. Cover the baking tray with aluminium foil and grease with some oil. Place the chicken on baking tray.
  3. Bake it about 15 minutes until one side gets golden brown then flip it other side and bake it again for about 15 minutes till golden color.
  4. Chop the grilled chicken in a small chunks. Keep it aside.
  5. Ingredients for filling.
  6. In a mixing bowl, add all filling ingredients listed in the ingredients list.
  7. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  8. Ingredients to make the batter.
  9. Mix all batter ingredients well. Cover it and keep it in a fridge for 2 hours.
  10. Heat a non stick pan in a medium to high heat. Grease pan with some oil. Put 1/3 cup of batter in a pan, spread all around very gently. Cook for 30 sec then flip it over and cook for another 30 sec. Keep the shell in a utensil and cover it. Follow same procedure to make rest from batter.
  11. On a rolling board, place one shell, put about 3 tbsp chicken filling, Apply some milk on shell edges. Follow the procedure as shown in the picture below to make the roll.

  13. Ingredients for garnishing.
  14. Preheat the oven at 350 degree. Arrange the roll in a baking tray. Grease some milk over the roll. Put some cranberry sauce, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  15. Bake it for about 45 min.
  16. Chicken Manicotti are ready to serve. Serve as a finger food or just roll.
