  1. Ingredient for Veg Pizza Baskets. Chop the vegetables and mix them together.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil at medium heat and add chopped garlic. Saute it until light brown, add all the cut vegetables, tofu and spices listed in the ingredient section.
  3. Cook the vegetables for about 8 minutes.
  4. Per heat the oven at 400 degree F. in baking mode. Take a ball of Pizza dough and roll it to a 8 inch round shape. Using cookie cutter, cut the dough in small round shape. Roll each of the cookie shape dough to enlarge a bit.
  5. Take a cup cake baking tray, grease with oil lightly. Place the round cut poories in cupcake cavities and give a mini bowl shape. To fill the baskets, first add mozzarella cheese, and then pizza sauce.
  6. Add the cooked vegetables and then add mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. To make the basket handle, take regular wheat flour dough or pizza dough and make the shape as shown in the picture. Roast it on pan to ensure it is cooked and crispy. Place cupcake tray in oven and bake it about 6-7 minutes then broil it for 2 minutes or until baskets gets slightly golden color from top.
  8. Take out each baskets from the baking tray and garnish with cut cherry tomato and parsley leaves.
  9. Add handle to the baskets. Veg Pizza baskets are ready to be served with sauce as an appetizer.
