  1. Soak the Garbanzo beans (chick peas) into water overnight.
  2. Boil the Garbanzo beans (chick peas) with 2 cups of water and salt in pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
  3. Add all ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Add olive oil and make a paste consistency without adding any water.
  5. Pour the avocado hummus into a bowl. Garnish with olive oil and coriander leave. Avocado Hummus is ready to be served.
  6. Enjoy it with pita chips or corn chips, sandwich spread or make a Hummus roll.
