  1. Ingredients for pani poori. Soak the black chick peas and garbanzo beans in water for over night. Boil soaked chick peas and garbanzo beans with 1 tsp salt in a pressure cooker. Keep it aside.
  2. Take 3 cup water in a bowl, add tamarind paste, dry ginger powder, Jaggery, pani poori masala, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin and chili powder, 1/2 tsp black salt, some coriander leave, 1/2 tsp chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix all spices very well and keep it in a fridge for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Pani poori either home made or from the store.
  4. Break pani poori from one side and fill small amount of boiled chickpeas and garbanzo beans, onion, mashed potato, tomato, curd, and chutney and fill with the pani poori water mix. If you do not want to use any of the ingredients you can just skip them. You can use your choice of fillings.
  5. Enjoy the mouthwatering pani poori.
