Instructions
  1. Keep all ingredients ready for dhokla chaat. Mix yogurt with 3 tsp sugar and black salt. Keep aside.
  2. To make yogurt dhokla chaat, you will need dhokla pieces. You can use leftover yellow dhokla for this recipe or check my beetroot dhokla recipe link below.
  3. To make yogurt dhokla chaat…. Place two pieces of dhokla in a serving plate. Pour some sweet yogurt over the dhokla pieces. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on it. Pour some mint-coriander chutney and date-tamarind chutney over the dhoklas. Sprinkle some crushed papdi, cumin powder and chaat masala powder on it.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle some sev over the yogurt dhokla chaat.
  5. Delicious teekha-meetha and tangy beetroot yogurt dhokla chaat is ready to be served.
  6. Enjoy this chaat as an evening snack or as an appetizer in parties. Your friends will love it!
