Chole Masala

Chole masala is a yummy Punjabi dish which is famous all over India. There are many ways to make chole masala. This recipe is closer to the Punjabi style chole masala. The beans used for this recipe are also known as kabuli/garbanzo beans. To get the dark color of the recipe, the beans are boiled along with the tea bag; which also gives a unique flavor. Methi Malai Kofta Curry
