Carrot & Beetroot Sandwich( Kids Lunch Idea)

Carrot and beetroot sandwiches are easy to make and tastes very good. Kids like the sandwich very much as they are not spicy. This is also a perfect school lunch for kids. My kids love this sandwich, I am sure yours too.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Ingredients for sandwich. Peel the beetroot. Grate beetroot and carrot both. Keep it aside.
  2. Take 4 bread slices. Cut the bread crust and apply some butter on it. Take two separate bowl, add half of cream cheese and carrot in one and rest half and beetroot in another. Add oregano, Basil leave, black pepper and pinch of salt equally in both the bowl and mix it very well. (If you want spice than add 1/4 tsp chili flakes in to it.)
  3. Apply beetroot and carrot mixture on bread. Cover it other bread.
  4. Cut the bread into triangle half.
  5. Beetroot sandwich is ready for school lunch box. You could use it as starter for kids parties.
  6. Carrot sandwich is ready to be served for school lunch box.
  7. Kids would love this in their lunch boxes.

    I came across your blog through euphoric delights. My kids loved these sandwiches for lunch today. I made the spread ready the night before and it stayed really good.
