Avocado Dip

Avocado is a healthy stone fruit which has creamy texture. Avocado dip is super easy and tasty recipe. We need semi riped avocado for this recipe. The lemon juice and coriander leaves gives a refreshing taste to the dip and adding sour cream gives richness to the dip. If you don’t want to use sour cream, you can use same quantity of yogurt. Black Beans Omelet Roll With Guacamole Sandwich

Healthy breakfast keeps you lighter and energetic the whole day. For egg eaters omelet is a very common breakfast as it can be prepared quickly and goes very well along with bread and coffee. This recipe is a slightly different than regular omelet recipe. The filling made from boiled black beans which is saute along with onion, garlic and flavored with Indian spices is rolled inside the omelet for this recipe. This omelet roll served hot with a Guacamole sandwich instead of regular bread make is more delicious. Veg Fajita Roll( Kids Lunch Idea)

Every Mom has a challenge what to cook for school lunch.  Kids don’t want to carry same lunch again and again. Here is an idea which does require some prior preparation but can be done quickly in the morning. Veg fajita rolls are favorite of my kids. This recipe is easy to prepare.
