Masala Dosa

Masala dosa is a one of the popular breakfast dish in southern part of India, however loved across the India. There are varieties of dosa recipes like plain dosa, paper dosa, rava dosa, ragi dosa, mysore masala dosa and so on. This recipe is traditional and made with main ingredients as urad daal and rice. Masala dosa is all time favorite of my family. Generally masala of masala dosa is made of potato and onion, however in this recipe I have given a small twist by adding bell pepper to the same which gives a little different taste and flavor. Masala dosa goes very well with sambhar and coconut, peanut or tomato chutney. The recipe requires preparation a day before you want to make Masala Dosa.

Chana Poori Masala Paani

Pani poori is a most popular mouthwatering street food.This recipe is a slight variation from the normal pani poori. The poori is made using chana for this recipe (see the Chana poori recipe) and have tried two varieties of pani one regular and other one with beetroot. The taste of this pani poori is different than regular however it’s awesome. If you like a little different taste in your pani poori, just try this out.

Pav Bhaji

Pav Bhaji is a famous street food in Mumbai, India however its available most part of India. Pav bhaji is all time my kids favorite and they love to take it for their lunch boxes. Bhaji is made with vegetables and some specific spices. You can add or adjust the vegetable ingredients as per your taste. This is one of the awesome snacks/fast food recipe and very easy to make. This dish is perfect for your parties or gathering.  You can also make sandwiches from pav and bhaji for kids.

Aaloo Mutter Gobhi Stuffed Paratha

Stuffed Parathas are really a great breakfast dish generally on weekends when you are not in a daily rush. Everyone loves paratha when it is stuffed with your favorite veggies. This recipe uses three veggies potato, peas and cauliflower together. You can make it in any combination you like. Stuffed paratha tastes great when served with raita, pickle or sweet tomato chutney. People also love to eat it with a cup of tea.
