There are varieties of recipes which one can make using Chicken. Different states in India have different chicken masala flavor. This recipe preparation is specifically based on the one which is used in Northern part of India. For this recipe chicken is roasted and cooked in a pan and then mixed with beetroot & tomato based gravy. Using whole spices in the preparation gives awesome garam masala flavor. Chicken masala goes well with plain rice, jeera rice, paratha, naan or phulka. We all loved this recipe, even kids too as I did not make it very spicy. Pomegranate Quinoa Dhokla

Dhokla is a savory steamed tangy, spicy and sweet Gujarati snack which is famous all over India.  Dhokla is all time our favorite Snack. There are many dhokla recipe, like a, Khaman Dhokla, Rava Dhokla, Veg Sandwich Dhokla, Green Moong Daal Dhokla, Spinach Dhokla and so on.This dhokla recipe is little different with a slight twist to traditional one. Pomegranate Quinoa Dhokla prepared using Quinoa, fresh pomegranate juice with some spices which makes it more healthy with unique taste and beautiful color. Pomegranate juice gives a tangy-sweet taste to the dhokla. Delicious Dhokla can be served with meal or as an evening snack.

Mint Yogurt Dip

Mint Yogurt dip (chutney) is a recipe prepared from fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves and yogurt or curd. The dip/chutney goes very well with any kind of grilled/kabab starter recipes either vegetarian or non-vegetarian like grilled paneer, tofu, veggies, chicken, meat, tandoori chicken or fish. It’s very simple and easy to prepare.

Veg Sandwich Dhokla

Dhokla is a very famous Gujarati dish. It’s prepared with gram flour or rice. There are two types of dhokla called khaman which is prepared with fermented batter and instant dhokla. Veg sandwich dhokla is instant dhokla in a different flavor. This recipe is a sandwich dhokla with gram flour, vegetable puree and mint chutney and provides a different flavor to the original Dhokla.
