Pizza is most demanded food by the kids and this recipe provides simple steps on how to make it at home. This pizza dough is prepared using multi-grain flour and topped with veggies.You could very easily make alteration to this based on your choices.

  1. Ingredients for Multi-grain pizza. In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, multi-grain flour, salt, butter and oil and mix it very well.
  2. In a bowl, add warm water, yeast and honey, mix it well and keep it in a warm place for 15 minutes. After about 15 minutes it will be rise.
  3. Make a well in a center of the dry flour, add yeast mixture and make a sticky dough.
  4. Place the dough on wooden surface, sprinkle some dry flour, apply some oil on Palm and knead the dough very gently in back and forth motion for 10-15 minutes.
  5. After kneading the dough, it will be become a smooth dough. Grease some oil on dough and place it in a mixing bowl that has been coated lightly with olive oil, cover it and keep it in a warm place for 2 hrs.
  6. Dough will ferment and grow to about double in size. Preheat the oven at 450 degree F for 15-20 minutes. Place the pizza stone or tray in a hot oven. Divide the dough in half, and make two round balls. Take one ball of dough and place it on wooden surface and roll it using rolling pin and give a nice pizza shape, fold the edges and apply some oil on top and fork it.
  7. Prepare your favorite topping, sprinkle some salt and pizza seasoning and mix it well. Keep it aside.
  8. Apply some pizza sauce on top of the pizza. Add favorite topping on top.
  9. Sprinkle some cheese and pizza seasoning on top. Place the pizza on a hot pizza stone or tray and bake it for 15-20 minutes till slightly golden color from top.
  10. Hot pizza is ready to be served. Serve it hot.
Recipe Notes

If you have excessive dough, store it in a air tight container and keep it in the fridge. Freezed dough can last up to 2 weeks.
