  1. Ingredients for Chaat masala.
  2. Dry roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds and cumin seeds in a low to medium heat for about 3 minutes until it gets aromatic.
  3. Add whole red chili, dry roast for 30 sec. Add all spices together and roast for 30 sec. Turn off the heat. Let it cool down. Grind the spices to make a fine powder.
  4. Chaat masala is ready for any kind of chaat preparation. Keep in a airtight container.
