Veg Manchurian

Instructions
  1. Ingredients for Veg Manchurian. In a bowl mix all sauce, sesame oil, MSG, chili vinegar, sugar and tomato ketchup, mix all and keep it aside. Dissolve Corn starch in 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, Add all shredded, chopped vegetables, and all spices listed in a vegetable ball section. Mix everything nicely together.
  3. Make a equal size balls and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan at medium to high heat. Once oil gets hot bring the temperature at medium heat. Deep fry the vegetable balls till golden color.
  5. Keep the fried vegetable balls on tissue paper to absorb the excesses oil. Keep it aside.
  6. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in another pan, add garlic- ginger and green chili. Saute for 45 sec. Add onion, saute until slightly golden color. Add bell peppers saute it for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add mixed sauces to the pan and vegetable stock or water saute it for about 30 seconds and then add the fried vegetable balls to the sauce and mix it well.
  8. Mix the balls with sauce well and stir it about a minute. Veg Manchurian is ready. This recipe is medium spice, you can make a spicy as per your taste.
  9. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot as appetizer.
