  1. Ingredients for Tilapia fish marination.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix it well.
  3. Add fish and very lightly rob the spice mix on fish. Cover it and keep it aside for 25 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven at 450 degree F. Grease some oil on baking tray or line the baking tray with aluminium foil and grease some oil on top. Place the marinated fish on tray.
  5. First bake it in baking mode for 15 minutes, than flip it and turn the mode on broil and broil for 15 minutes. Keep checking and switch off the oven when it gets golden color.
  6. Grilled Tilapia fish is ready to be served. Enjoy grilled Tilapia fish with mint chutney and your favorite drink.
