Instructions
  1. Cut all vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Clean the chicken with water and wipe the chicken with kitchen towel to remove the moisture. Please ensure chicken is completely dry.
  3. Ingredients for chicken marination.
  4. Take a big mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, vegetables, hung curd, oil and all spices listed in ingredient list.
  5. Mix very well and marinate for at least 5 to 6 hours in refrigerator. You could prepare this on previous night and leave it for overnight in refrigerator for best result.
  6. If you are using wooden skewer, soak it in water for 15 min, this avoids the skewer getting burnt during grill. Preheat the oven at 400 degree F. Arrange the chicken and vegetables cubes into skewers.
  7. Cover a baking tray with Aluminium foil and grease with oil. Grill the chicken for 15 min in baking mode. After 15 min grease some oil on chicken and broil it for 15 minute or until Golden color. Keep a watch to ensure it doesn't get burnt. Once it gets color as shown in picture, switch of the oven.
  8. Chicken tikka kabab is ready to be served. Enjoy hot with coriander mint chutney and favorite drink.
